Yes. We provide custom manufacturing from customer drawings or samples, including prototyping, low-volume trial runs and mass production, with corresponding inspection reports and dimensional verification records.
Materials include stainless steel (304/316/316L), carbon steel, alloy steel, brass and aluminum. Surface treatments include zinc plating (blue/white & colored), Dacromet, nickel plating, chrome plating, black oxide and passivation to meet different corrosion-resistance and strength requirements.
Products can be made to GB, DIN, ISO, ANSI and JIS standards. We are certified to ISO 9001 and can provide RoHS/REACH compliance statements and third-party test reports.
Standard parts support low MOQ with common sizes in stock. Custom parts are quoted by process and quantity—typically 3–7 days for samples and 10–25 days for production. Final terms appear on the formal quotation.
We can provide free standard samples (limited quantity) to prospective partners. Custom samples are charged as prototype fees, deductible from future production orders.
