Step 2: Sampling

After confirmation, molds are made or modified. Simple parts take 3-7 days; complex multi-station parts about 7-15 days. Samples ship with dimensional inspection data.

Step 3: Approval and Pilot Run

Customers trial-fit samples and adjust dimensions or molds if needed. After approval, run a small pilot batch to verify consistency before mass production. Key accounts may follow PPAP-style approval.
