Product Direction

We focus on micro and precision small screws from M0.6 to M6, along with clinching nuts, clinch studs, blind rivet nuts, plastic fasteners and general standards. Heads include pan, countersunk, low-profile and socket; drives cover Phillips, Torx and hex for different assembly and auto-drive needs.

Materials and Finishes

Common materials include SUS304/316 stainless, carbon steel (grades 4.8/8.8/10.9), brass and aluminum. Finishes include zinc, nickel, black zinc, dacromet and natural, matched to rust, conductivity and appearance requirements. Special corrosion or conductivity needs are assessed case by case.

Customization and Sampling

Beyond standards, we custom-make from drawings or samples: special heads, threads, pre-applied locker, screw-washer assemblies, non-standard lengths and small-batch specials. After the customer sends a 2D drawing or sample, engineers review process and lead time and arrange sampling; samples confirmed then move to production. Standard items sample quickly, with urgent orders prioritized.

Quality and Delivery

Products ship with material certs and dimensional inspection; key customers can request batch test data. The Greater Bay Area's wire, die and finishing support balances sampling speed and batch consistency.
