Zhuhai Jiali Hardware has recently completed the production and testing capability upgrade for high-strength bolts and precision screws. The improvement focuses on manufacturing process control, finished product inspection and batch delivery stability, further strengthening the company’s manufacturing and quality assurance capabilities in industrial fasteners.

Production Line Upgrade

• Optimized cold forging process for high-strength bolts, improving forming stability and thread machining consistency;
• Enhanced heat treatment process control, with strengthened monitoring of hardness, strength and microstructure;
• Added processing equipment and supporting stations for precision screws, improving capacity for small-size and high-precision products;
• Strengthened thread process management, reducing thread dimension variation and appearance defects.

Testing Capability Upgrade

• Added hardness testing equipment to strengthen sampling inspection and monitoring of heat-treated products;
• Introduced metallographic testing equipment to evaluate microstructure and grain size after heat treatment;
• Upgraded salt spray testing capability to conduct neutral salt spray tests as required and evaluate corrosion resistance;
• Improved dimensional inspection methods for tighter control of thread major diameter, minor diameter, length and head dimensions.

Changes in Delivery Capability

After the upgrade, the company can implement stricter process control and finished product inspection for high-strength bolts, precision screws and related industrial fasteners. For commonly used fasteners in automotive, machinery, electrical and steel structure applications, hardness, metallographic, salt spray and dimensional inspection data can be provided as required, helping customers improve incoming quality stability.
